All orders are subject to a standard processing time of:

Processing time includes order review, product preparation, packaging, quality checks, and transfer to the shipping carrier.

Orders are processed on:

Monday through Friday

Orders are not typically processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

4. Shipping Rate

We currently offer the following standard shipping rate:

Flat rate shipping: $4.99

The shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Estimated Transit Time

After an order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated shipping transit time is:

7 to 9 business days

Transit time refers to the period after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit to the delivery address.

6. Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is based on both processing time and shipping transit time:

Total estimated delivery time: 10 to 12 business days

This estimated timeframe includes:

  • Processing time: 2 to 3 business days
  • Transit time: 7 to 9 business days

No additional sales tax is applied unless otherwise required by applicable law or future legal changes.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation is issued.

9. Delivery Delays

While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • weather conditions
  • high shipping volume
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees or delays may apply.

11. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, we may contact you to arrange reshipment where applicable.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment if the failed delivery was caused by customer-provided address errors or failure to receive the package.
